Personal training is just that-PERSONAL! Your first session will be a comprehensive movement assessment to observe and identify imbalances found in the body from either overuse or underutilization, and a discussion on how these imbalances may have arisen and how to address them. Moving forward, sessions will include a check-in with your current body (and life) status, warmup with personalized mobility and activation movements tailored to your individual needs, strength movements and a cool down period tailored to the session and your body’s needs.
Farm to Finish Line currently offers virtual training sessions at the rate of $100/hr.
